At Beauty Zone Nail Supply, we take every step to ensure your order is delivered safely. The following policy outlines how lost packages are handled and what is required for claims.


⏱️ When is a Package Considered Lost?

A package may be considered lost if:

  • It has not been delivered within 20 days (U.S.) from the shipment date
  • Tracking shows no movement or updates for an extended period
  • The carrier confirms the package cannot be located

📩 Reporting a Lost Package

Lost packages must be reported within 5 days of the expected delivery date.

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Confirmation that the shipping address is correct
  • Any relevant details regarding the issue

Failure to report within this timeframe may result in denial of the claim.


🔍 Investigation Process

Once reported, we will:

  1. Review tracking information
  2. Contact the shipping carrier
  3. File a shipping insurance claim (if applicable)

Please allow 3–10 business days for the investigation.


✍️ Signature Requirement (Orders Over $100)

  • Orders totaling $100 or more require a signature upon delivery
  • This ensures secure delivery and reduces the risk of loss or theft

If a signature is required, the package is considered successfully delivered once signed for at the address.


⚠️ Delivered but Not Received

We are not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.

If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate your package, you must:

  • Check with neighbors or household members
  • Contact your local post office or carrier
  • File a claim directly with the carrier

⚠️ Incorrect Address

We are not responsible for lost packages caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout

Customers are responsible for verifying all shipping information before placing an order.


📦 Claim Requirements

To process any lost package claim, customers may be required to provide:

  • Confirmation of shipping address
  • Communication with the carrier
  • Additional information if requested

Failure to provide requested documentation may result in claim denial.


📦 Shipping Protection & Claims

Orders may include shipping insurance. All claims are subject to the insurance provider’s terms and conditions.

  • Claims must follow required timelines and documentation rules
  • Approval is determined by the insurance provider
  • Failure to meet requirements may result in denial

💰 Resolution

If a package is confirmed lost and the claim is approved, we will offer:

  • A replacement shipment, or
  • A refund

Resolutions are based on claim approval and product availability.
